Commitments

As the energy leaders of our future, ImaGENation wants you and your project to achieve success.

In order to achieve project success, ImaGENation requires reciprocal efforts and accountability from your project team throughout the 18-month journey, from April 2024-September 2025. At a minimum, project teams must:

  • Be committed to planning and reaching project milestones as guided through mentorship and coaching.

  • Be open to receiving and delivering feedback and/or guidance during all project phases until completion.

  • Be available to participate in required program activities (webinars, mentor sessions, etc.).

  • Possess strong online collaboration skills (or willingness to learn).

  • Have a strong interest in clean energy and it’s impact on Indigenous communities (or willingness to learn).

The time commitment is dependent upon the scope of your project as well as the size of your team, however, we encourage you to consider the following as a minimum requirement:

  • 2-3 hours per month for one-on-one mentorship.

  • 1 hour per month for group training / webinar sessions.

  • Consider an additional 12-20 hours per month for project planning, implementation, and reporting.

All program activities and requirements will be crucial for project success. We encourage you to participate with full motivation and dedication while on your journey to becoming a community energy leader.
